Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Loads the proper materials into the machine for the production.
Ensures material feeds are clear and working properly.
Perform pre-setup correctly.
Perform change over correctly.
Mount attachments and molds into production equipment Inspect equipment, structures and material.
Handing and moving objects (Forklift, Walkie) Monitors the machine to ensure proper production.
Unloads finished parts and stages them for travel to the shipping area.
Makes control adjustments to ensure proper production settings.
Document results of the daily production in the production control database.
Conduct 4S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, and Standardize) function of own process.
Ensure work is performed from current blueprints and drawing.
Organize and control inventory of own Tooling and Consumable items.
Sort non-conforming parts as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Essential Competencies:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task a must Read and understand blueprints.
Verbal and written communication skills Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, other employees.
Always represent the organization in a positive and professional manner Evaluating information, processing of information, problem -solving, and decision making Calculate dimensions of parts Ability to bend over periodically.
Ability to lift approximately 30-40lbs or less.
Education/
Experience:
A minimum of a high school or equivalency certificate required.
Manufacturing experience a plus.
Forklift experience a plus.
