This position will require a high level of detail and organizational skills.
This position is responsible for Customer Service, Order Management and working with Office Staff in general support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
1) Primarily act as a point of contact for customers.
2) Order Management.
3) Customer part invoicing.
4) Support general office admin duties.
EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS This position requires a high school education with preference given for office administration and/or customer care experience.
The person must be highly organized, have established an excellent attendance history and understanding of Microsoft Office.
It would benefit the candidate to have ERP application experience and be a proficient user of spreadsheets.
