The HR Manager is responsible, through strategic partnerships and collaboration, for attracting, developing, and retaining a high-performing and diverse workforce and promoting a healthy, safe, and productive work environment in order to maximize individual potential and organizational capacity, position the Company as an employer of choice, and achieve Miyake Philosophy, Basic Policies, and Objectives.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
All the operational HR activities, including payroll, benefits, absence management, recruitment, separation, performance management, employee relations, training/development, succession planning, organizational design, and employee information management.
Develop, implement, and manage HR systems and policies to achieve the HR mission.
Collect, analyze, and report HR, cost, policy impact, and organizational data, using analytics.
Propose ways to increase organizational capacity in management meetings.
Develop strategic plans and a roadmap.
Measure the progress.
Identify, analyze, and document HR issues.
Work with the management to recommend and facilitate solutions to mitigate these issues.
Communicate with employees.
Collect and analyze associates' feedback/ complaints and respond with countermeasures.
Lead the continuous improvement projects in HRM systems for systems' efficiency and effectiveness by using management techniques, technologies, and tools.
Develop, coordinate, and deploy training for all levels of the organization in order to maximize individual potential and organizational capacity.
Measure the effectiveness.
Proactively communicate with associates and managers to pick up issues, provide coaching, and advise on people management decisions.
Create, revise, and manage work instructions, records, and forms.
Manage the knowledge in the dept.
Research, apply, receive, and maintain grants related to employment opportunities and talent from federal, state, and local programs.
Lead, manage, and support the team by providing coaching and guidance.
Manage the direct reports' performance, workplace well-being, and career development.
Develop succession planning.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local, organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
Maintain knowledge of the latest HRM practices, and regulatory and industry knowledge.
Network and engage with professionals, clients, suppliers, regulators, community, and other relevant organizations to keep the knowledge up to date, improve Miyake's HRM standard, and establish the position as an employer of choice.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.

A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
Experience in managing as a head of HR department is a must.
Demonstrated experience in a successful business partnering approach and change management.
Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying strategies and delivering targeted results.
Best practice knowledge of attracting, selecting, retaining, and managing excellent performers.
Best practice knowledge of organizational design and development.
Knowledge of relevant legal/regulatory requirements and best practices in all areas of HRM.
Demonstrated initiative and experience in continuously improving systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
SHRM-CP or -SCP certified professional is highly preferred.
Experience in successfully managing a team (preferred) Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
